The 106 room Holiday Inn and 47 room Super 8 of Fairmont, MN are seeking a highly motivated and career oriented Assistant General Manager. This candidate should have great organizational skills, ability to motivate a team and drive high quality standards. Commitment to excellence and dedication to a strong guest service environment are critical for this candidate's success. Job Requirements: Previous hotel management experience preferred. Prefer a track record of achieving revenue and service objectives. Must have excellent organization skills and ability to pay attention to detail. Ability to manage complex projects and deadlines.

This position is responsible for providing outrageous guest service. Duties include: reservations, check in and checkout guests, handling requests from our guests in a pleasant, professional manner. Must be available to work weekends.
